Vermeld in je aanvraag:
- Datum bijeenkomst
- Verwachte tijdsinvestering
- Waar je onze inzet voor vraagt
- Of je een vertegenwoordiger van de vereniging of een ervaringsdeskundige (patiënt) zoekt.
Wij nemen contact met je op en maken vervolgens een prijsopgave.
Kostenindicatie
€ 100,- per uur.
