Praatkaarten
Praatkaarten zijn een handig hulpmiddel om in gesprek te gaan met patiënten met lage gezondheidsvaardigheden. De praatkaarten met afbeeldingen, leggen een ingewikkeld onderwerp uit in eenvoudige taal.
Wij ontwikkelden samen met het Instituut Verantwoord Medicijngebruik (IVM), Pharos en ReumaNederland, artsen en verpleegkundigen de volgende praatkaarten:
- Afweer, biologische medicijnen en de ziekte van Crohn
- Afweer, biologische medicijnen en colitis ulcerosa
- Handleiding bij praatkaarten
